We all fall short sometimes

Listen, I gotta confess…

I’ve been struggling with change lately….or more lack there of.

I am even going to a therapist to figure out whats going on…

In fact, you may be able to relate.

Do you also get a physical feeling of “discomfort” just at the thought of doing something that you know is important, but it seems to be “hard”

Maybe its getting out the next batch of mailers, esp if the last batch didn’t lead to any deals.

Perhaps its following up with people who expressed interest in a property you have for sale because so many other people (esp Facebook leads) just wasted your time…so it feels like all leads waste your time.

Maybe its just getting the courage to get started with land investing in the first place?

No matter what, becoming a land investor is not easy…its hard.

Not because the work is hard.

The work is actually really easy…even a middle schooler can do it.

Its the fact you have to break out of your old habits and programming to do it AND do it long enough to see results.

Often times, the time you need to break out of habits is longer than the amount of will power you may have available.

So, what can you do about this, when everything seems hopeless?

First, make the main thing the main thing.

Remember that there are a lot of lil things that can be nothing but busy work at best or a distraction at worst.

When you keep the main activities a land investor needs to do the focus, you will succeed.

That means mailing and marketing!

So you should always do something to help to find your next deal and something to help you sell the land that you already have.

If you dont have a land parcel then build your buyers list, so that you can sell the next land parcel you have once it comes in.

Either way, focusing on the fundamentals will get you thru the times when your willpower runs out
