mmm, my 1st lot sale check is on its way, whoop whoop!
Turning $150 into $4200 feels good 
After all the upfront costs, back taxes etc. which I’m paying with money from the sale once the check clears the profit is a little over 2k, still a nice turn for my first go-around at it. Def. could have done better with negotiations but I’m pretty happy with it for my first sale.
