So, I have a list of books I need to share with you. These are the books that are responsible for turning me into the person I am today!
These books are the red pill that got me out of the matrix…and then the “training programs” that taught me how to navigate the matrix as if I was Neo!
Anyway, this list is ordered from starting with no info about making money to becoming an entrepreneurial millionaire.
(BTW, each book title is a link to the amazon page where yo can check the book out for yourself)

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth by T. Harv Eker
This book started it all for me. I never read something that was so impactful in my life. I had no idea how bad my mindset about money was until my eyes were opened. Its so amazing that if you can only read one book, this is the one to read. (and re-read!)

This book is a classic, and is well worth the read. I know people who had the same sort of transformations from this book that I had with Millionaire mind.
In a nutshell, this book will show you how our educational system and societal rules as led us astray, but you can do something about it with the tips presented in this book…and the next book in the list…

This is the 3rd book in the “Rich dad poor dad” series. This one is longer and not as engaging, but the topics presented are pretty good and will help you figure out how to actually build wealth and how to truly invest your money.
-
This book is about making enough money to tell anyone to fuck off. Be it your boss, clients you dont like, or overall unpleasant people. The difference with this book and others like it is that Dan talks about developing a High Income Skill.
The book is a quick read, and you can prob find a free copy on the net…I think he gives the ebook away if you opt into his funnel.

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy
This book is not just for business, the techniques will work with any goals you have in mind. In general, its a book about how showing up everyday will slowly but surly make great changes in your business and life. Some of the personal stories he shares and examples really drive the point home as well.
Do things properly, and maybe you will get a visit from “Big Mo”

The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster: Why Now Is the Time to #JoinTheRide by Darren Hardy
This book is all about what to expect when you decide to really go all in on your entrepreneurial dreams. Thats right, quitting your day job and starting your own business. It covers the exciting parts like branding, sales, and marketing, as well as the scary parts like cash flow, when to hire and fire people, and how to deal with the fear of the unknown. Its a great book to give you an idea of what you will need to do to make this happen full time. (side note, its not as scary as you think, esp with his tools)

The 10X Rule: The Only Difference Between Success and Failure by Grant Cardone
Grant Cardone is famous for his brash style and in your face attitude. Infact, he often comes off as a dick in my opinion (when you listen to narrate his audio book) but I gotta admit, I like his style. He holds no punches and his energy is infectious. This is true with 10x rule, where the book is about the amount of time, energy, money and resources you need will really be 10 times more than you expected! Knowing this and the techniques he employs will allow you to avoid some of the headaches of not being properly prepared. He also uses the same principles to show you how to dominate the competition (not just compete, but dominate!) Its a good book and the audio book is very entertaining.

Now that you have a side hustle, and you are working hard with constant improvement, you will need this book. This book is written for all people, not just entrepreneurs.
It comes from the background of guys who interview the worlds best athletes and see how they got to where they are. It has a lot of case studies of regular people who were the author’s clients and shows their lives before and after applying their principles. It deals a lot of managing your energy levels (both physical and emotional) to make sure you live a happy and fulfilling life.

Once they pick this winner, they let the other pumpkins die off (or they kill them) so they can focus all of their time, energy, and resources on the one winning pumpkin! Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, Revised Edition by Robert B. Cialdini
Okay, you have a business, you have a great product, you have done the hard work to get it ready for the market…but how do you market? How do you reach people?
Influence itself is NOT a marketing book, but its the grand daddy of all marketing books. All the sales and marketing books you will read will probably refer to this book in some way. Its a great book that shows how people are influenced to do things (like listen to you or buy your product) using built in triggers we all have. Robert Cialdini took odd jobs as different sales and influencers to see how they did their thing and used his phD to figure out WHY their techniques worked. Its a great read and I cant recommend it enough!
