You know what I’m starting to hear more and more?
the “new smoking” we all do (including myself)
What I mean is that we all have a habit that’s slowly killing us…
….and we are addicted to it!
You know what that is?
Sitting/not moving for hours at a time for days at a time!
We sit so much and its literally killing us
How?
Well, the inactivity is doing a number on our bodies and our brains
Here is something you prob dont realize
your brain is literally made to control your body!
Not just the voluntary things like moving your limbs
But involuntary things like your heart beat and breathing.
So when we sit for 8+ hours a day at work
or sit at home watching TV
What are we training our brains and bodies to do?
We are training our brains and bodies to not move, aka “you are not needed”
Once your brain stops being used, it starts to atrophy like a muscle
and if your brain urns to mush, what do you think happens to you??
That’s why it’s very important to keep moving
You dont have to do a lot, but take break to get up and stretch.
Do some light exercise
take a walk (which you will find gets your creative juices flowing)
Once you start to do this, you won’t need coffee to stay awake
You will also start to crave healthier foods more often.

It’s truly the one thing you can do right now that will improve everything in your life
