So, I just had a hilarious conversation with a guy trying to spam me with some “product” or “investment opportunity”
I didn’t even bother looking at the video or whatever he sent me, so i don’t know what he wanted.
It’s happening more often, people add me as a friend, then not even asking me how I’m doing, they send me a link or a video.
I mean damn, at least take me to dinner before asking to get in bed with me! 🤣
But I saw this as an opportunity to either guide a lost soul or to have some fun…
So I asked him some questions like:
“is this working?” (meaning his marketing(lol) techniques)
and “exactly how much money have you made”
and even “how many customers do you have right now?”
And of course, he tries to avoid answering directly.
(a sign he’s a phony)
I get some random percentages and vague answers.
He then asks “do you want to invest? it will be about $57k”
I had a good laugh with that!
(again, i have no idea what he’s even selling… he never even asked if i watched his shitty video)
So I pressed even further about my questions…he didn’t like that.
Eventually admitted he made some sales, but not many.
He thought his ticket to riches was “carpet bombing” Facebook groups of hired “Indians” spamming his “offer”
(damn, that’s a lot of words in quotes, lol)
I told him “when you are ready to do things right, I can double your income”
I saw the Facebook messenger screen flash a few times, meaning he was writing things to me and then deleting them.
BOOM
He gave away his failure even tho he was posturing to be a big shot.
Because I saw he was very VERY interested and curious.
Asking “How??”
and
“How fast can you do this??” among other things.
He didn’t know how to control himself at the sign of stable income and a clear conscious!
I then ended the convo so I could continue my workout.
(we call that a cliffhanger 
)
A few hours later, he messaged me again asking if I had any questions.
I said “I told you, when you are ready to do things right let me know”
He got very angry and started cursing me out.
I laughed pretty hard.
I haven’t said a single insulting word besides “doing it right”
He told me to get off my high horse and then said “Fuck you…ah that felt good”
Then he blocked me.
I laughed so hard!
I also felt good at the fact that I got the spammer to block me!
Yes yes, thank you thank you…for my next trick, I’ll make your wallet double in size.
Anyway, it just further confirmed me he has a guilty conscious and he was clueless about making money…
so he wanted to scam me (and a few others who need help)
But as promised, here’s how you can do it too:
1) Ask questions only real business owners and entrepreneurs would ask
Questions about revenue, ad spend, and take home profit…but make sure they give you specific numbers.
2) Remind him that his ways of doing business sucks and aren’t sustainable
In this case, once people realize what he’s doing, he will get booted from facebook
That also doesn’t even help to get actual sales!
3) Tell him he has a lot to learn if he wants to make this happen…but I can help him “do it right”
Then See how quickly he leaves you alone!
But here’s the moral of the story
A flawed and immoral business strategy may “work” for a short while (I use the work loosely in this case)
But good luck making a sustained living with that!
Not only will your brand (or reputation) be trashed
But you will have that karma come back to you.
This is why I only promote solid fundamentals that can feed your family for the rest of your life
With integrity…
So much so that your customers will be glad to have worked with you.
