yo! its friday, and as is tradition, its time to celebrate some of your wins!
So, I’ll start with a few people in my land investing group.
Terri Beth just had…I think it was 2 sales in one day…a total of $9,000 in revenue. 
Shes a rock star already, and has been land investing for about 6 months.
Next is Mark Harper, I spoke about him last week, well, hes going thru with buying his first property.
He had to turn down one seller but was able to find another one pretty fast.
After I gave a lil guidance on how to do the transfer , he’s sending out the paperwork and check today.
Hes half way there to his first payday!
Finally, I wanted to highlight Ben Roberts He had a great deal in thew works, but after a conversation with him, he looked deeper into the property.
turns out he was able to uncover some liens that most people would have missed…but not Ben!
(These liens were more than he could sell the property for.)
While its unfortunate he was not able to close that deal, but his confidence is sky high right now.
He also knows his next deal is right around the corner.

Was negotiating with a potential buyer for some small lots I have in New Mexico. Got a call the same day from someone wanting all of them at retail. Spent $1200 and just sent the sales agreement for $3199. Not big, but a win is a win!
This was my additional win on Friday. Sitting at $14,250 sales for the month so far.
