What the hell is going on?
Well, put it simply, some say the job economy is dying…
There are many reasons for this, but here’s whats pretty noticeable.
The self check out at stores.
It’s no secret. McDonald’s is going to replace most of its jobs with AI.
Amazon has grocery stores that are fully automated…
that means they use computers tor track what you leave the store with and bill you later.
They are also replacing all their fulfillment workers with robots.
Uber, waymo, and cruise each have spent BILLIONS of dollars on driverless cars.
What does this mean for you?
You may saying somethng like:
“Oh, this isn’t going to affect me.”
Or
“This is for just minimum wage jobs”
or even
“I should be okay, right?”
Well, I don’t know whether or not it will affect you…
But what if it does?
Ya see, I believe we are seeing the need to have the skills and mindset needed to thrive no matter what the future will bring.
This is why I feel that land investing is so important.
You can’t automate “land” as in they aint making any more of it!
People will always need land, so EVERYONE will always see the value in it.
The skills to buy and sell land will always be in demand…not just for others, but yourself.
That means you never have to worry about being automated away or outsourced.
That also means you can generate income on demand.
