This one I liked because I learned and implemented some different marketing. I incorporated Vics lessons on marketing and found a buyer through FB Ads. I was having trouble moving it even with it listed on Zillow, CL and Marketplace. So I created a simple FB ad targeting investors in the area via FB ads interests and the copy over a weekend and it worked. 2 short calls in one day and it was done.
