14 Questions to Keep Poverty Away

You have noticed lately I’ve been talking a lot more about the business side of things

While its VERY important to understand all aspects if you plan to quit your job with confidence

(and those who don’t will quit then find themselves in a world of hurt)

I also understand that times we are in.

So, a lot of my mindset has been on the efficient generation of cash because your job right now may not feel as secure as it used to (or could be gone entirely).

Personally, I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to optimize systems, scheduling my day (so I waste less time…cuz I waste HELLA TIME, lol) and making sure I focus on what brings in money.

Of course, I will share with you what I’m discovering, but that’s for a different time.

Anyway, if you haven’t nailed down what your business is, then allow me to help you further with this.

Without answer these questions, you will be another victim to this economy.

These are things you need to ask yourself and really figure this out.

If you are having trouble with this, let me know, I would love to sit down with you and help.

Anyway, ask yourself these questions:

1) What exactly is the type of land you are selling? (1-2 sentences max)

2) What problem does it solve?

3) What is the ultimate result after using your land parcel effectively? (in other words, what will the user get out of this?)

4) What type of person wants this particular problem solved?

5) Why do they want this solution instead of other solutions? (example, why would a person looking to lose weight want a diet pill vs an exercise routine or vice versa)

6) Are there any other solutions that will solve their problem?

7) Why should they pick your solution (or land parcel) over others?

8) Why is this outcome important to them? (as in why do they want what they want? Don’t just state the obvious, think what they really want deep down. Example: An overweight person wants to be able to be confident at the beach, not just lose weight)

9) Who is the ideal person for this land parcel?

10) Does that person know your land parcel exists?

11) If they know, do they think your parcel is viable?

12) Do they want your land parcel, or something else? (that something else may not be an actual answer to their problem, but they think it is)

13) If they want something else (or some other persons land) why do they want that?

14) Why do they think that other land parcel is the cure for their problem?

Once you answer these questions, you will have a solid foundation to start a profitable business that will be recession proof.

This is important because you need to be able to create your cash generating machine (your business) without worries that it only works in certain circumstances.
