Create A 90 Day Challenge for Yourself

Hey, I need you to consider doing something challenging, but it will help you gain something great for sure.

I mean, its more or less guaranteed!

I’ll tell you what it is in second…

But first, I need you to close your eyes for a second (after you read this! lol), and think of a skill you need to sharpen.

Or maybe a goal that you need to achieve to reach.

One that will help you take that next step in your business or personal development.

Okay, you got it? No?

Well, if you are having trouble, picture what your life will be like in 90 days time (roughly 3 months).

Now picture your life if the one thing you were struggling with with no longer a problem for you.

How would your life look like at that moment?

So that’s should be what you are focused on.

Now, Getting back to the challenge…

Take the skill or problem you are having and  to commit to a 90 day challenge that will help fix the problem or improve the skill.

For example, if you are terrible in front of a camera, take the 90 day challenge to get in front of that camera everyday and make videos or photos.

If you are out of shape or over weight, take a 90 day challenge to do some sort of physical exercise each day.

You are a terrible writer? Commit for 90 days to write something (anything) every day.

etc.

Here’s the thing, you have to do it every day!

No days off.

I don’t care what you got going on, you gotta make this happen.

That doesn’t mean you need to spend hours each day doing this, just a few mins should be fine.

Going back tot he video example, you dont need to shoot feature length films with your face!

Just make a min or 3 long videos each day.

If you are doing something for your fitness, you dont need to hit the gym for hours a day, just commit to doing something at home like a few push ups sit ups and squats each day before you shower and head to work.

Increase the amount a lil each week.

You see where I’m going with this?

I promise, if you actually commit to this, you will see how drastically you improve in that skill or ability. You will also notice a personal transformation that you wont believe!

The confidence comes from 2 places.

  1. The fact that you practiced something every day…you will naturally be very good at said thing
  2. You accomplished a goal, and there isn’t anything better than that for confidence

Lets make this commitment together. Not a wishy-washy “I’ll try” bullshit statement. Lets make an actual commitment that you will do this no matter what!

You deserve this.

Your skills and life demand this upgrade you can easily provide yourself.

Believe in yourself, because I believe in you!
