How was your thanksgiving week?
Im not asking about the food or time with family and friends
Im asking about how did your land investing go during that time?
If you were to tell me that it was slow or something like that, I would no be surprised.
I had 2 people flake on buying the same property.
During this time of year, people will be worried about the holidays…so this is all normal.
However, people will want to do deals, but you will have to really be strong with your follow up!
You can not worry about wHaT tHeY tHiNk Of You
In fact, they will thank you for getting back to them.
Your job is to Keep going until you get a yes or no answer.
Do you know how many calls it may take?

Notice I didnt say texts or emails…I said calls.
Thats because you need a stronger form of communication when you are in this stage of the game.
A text or email can be ignored or easily forgotten about since they have a lot of other texts and emails coming thru.
So a call will be the thing that can help you stand out and keep you top of mind so the deal gets done.
Dont be like most others in this season who gives up so easily, stand out, give great service, and make money.
Extract all the value from the leads you have currently to make the most money you can
